Will RBTAs from another colony harm others?

Say if I want to introduce a new RBTA to my tank. Will it harm my other RBTA even if it is from another mother colony?

IME, there may be some chemical warfare, but it shouldn't be too serious. When I added my male clone to my bevy of females, it took several months to really establish itself and start to look/act healthy and happy.

Thanks Anemone...so after some time, they should establish themselves and eventually the situation will become better?
