will they school?

Thanks Marie

At least they stay out in the open.
Maybe you can tell me how to "designate an area" for my cardinals fish once they get in the thank.

Since the lyretail anthias spend 99% of their time on the left and centre, I could place (even glue, eheh) the cardinals in the right side for a better distribution....

Glue! LOL That's just what it's like

I don't know much about these fish - I hope I haven't presented myself as otherwise. And given the fact I hardly ever notice them as for some reason, in spite of having glued themselves up front & center, they are practically invisible - that is unlikely to change :D ;) :(

That said, if my tank was, say a 200g instead of 100g, I'd definitely add about 7 more. They are cool when they school - they might need some other fish in there to aggravate them a little. Even chromis could work for that- hmmm... need a bigger tank

I'll subscribe to your thread to stay updated on your new cardinals. I think they may be our only hope for tight schooling

FWIW my 2 dispars are inseparable - would like some more, but never see any small enough

I think my yellowtail damsel (Crysiptera parasema) will do the job
