Will this Fuge light grow Chaeto?

Anyone have experience worn this that they want to share? I just bought 2 white LED 6" submersible bars for my chaeto, and im a bit skeptical about it actually growing my chaeto.

I'm really looking into buying either the submersible 10w light from inTank (here)

Or

What I want want most is a submersible light bar with a spectrum conducive to growing macroalgaes that im going to shove at the bottom of Nuvo 38 (next to the return pump).

So this ViaAqua LED bar is what I bought. Think it will work?

I have a small DIY led light that ill be selling. Lmk if you'd be interested and I can send you pics of it. It grew cheato pretty good too.
