I cannot use Paint so please pardon the scratch.

Will this pipe layout work for a 120 gal aquarium?

Red 1" Open Channel
Yellow 3/4 " full siphon

Black 3/4" return to tank
Green 1" Emergency

Using a Sicci 4 40 gal Sump

What I don't like is that the left side overflow will not have any flow through it since the emergency drain line should not see any flow and the water may get stagnant. I'm not a big fan of duel overflows except for very large tanks. If possible I would remove the left side overflow. If not move either the open channel or the full siphon to the left side overflow box. The open channel will not give you much flow so one side or the other may still be problematic.

I forgot to mention that the overflows come with an adjustable dam that allows blocking out
any water that could enter the overflow area just for that prevention
