I just picked up a used 240 gal, 96"Lx18Wx30T. It is already drilled in a few places. They had a hang on the back style overlfow, I personally don't want to use a hob. Was going to make a calfo style overflow. Using 2 predrilled holes on the side I was thinking about using 1in pvc as seen in the pic. Then adding another setup similar in the middle of the aquarium using 1 pre-existing hole with 1 1/2 pvc. Also was thinking about putting a CL system on it. Having the return water coming in on the left side and using a pre existing hole. But having a piece of 1" pvc coming down a few inches for the suction. Would this system work. Thanks in advance
