Wipe Out In Progress!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I awoke to find that my sebae anemone that had been struggling had perished. I removed it, and headed to work. Upon return, I found nearly every coral and invert in my tank shrivled up or dead. I found that I had an ammonia spike and a pH drop. I did a 20 gallon water change and dumped in some ammonia lock and pH proper, but today none of the corals look any better. Any suggestions how I can salvage some of my thousands of dollars of coral and fish? The wierd thing is, all of the fish seem fine, it is only the corals and inverts that are suffering.

use lots of carbon and do you have a skimmer.I have had a anemone die on me in the past. They posion the water.Big mess. You have to filter or clean the watter.Did you find that the water smelled bad?I had noticed this when mine died in my old 90 gal.

I added the maximum dose of cycle for 75 gal. I went to the LFS, and they said to run a poly filter and some chemipure. I am also going to do a massive water change again today, about 30 gal. I don't understand why the inverts and corals are doing so poorly, but all of the fish seem fine. Also as a side note, my skimmer isn't really picking up anything. I would think that it would be filling up the collection cup like mad, but there is hardly any waste.

but all of the fish seem fine.

Some toxins are very specific. While it isn't likely here, copper, for example, targets inverts and not fish.
