wire organization

I am in the early stages of planning a fairly large reef tank. 2 display tanks and several sump/refugiums. approximately 650 to 700 gallons total. there is going to be a lot of equipment and wires for everything. I have seen a few wire organizers but not sure where to get them. if anybody can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. pics help to... thanks

I can honestly say that I have not seen many that impressed me. Most are very bulky and don't do a great job of really hiding anything too well. The best method I have seen involves making a false panelon top of a wall and drilling the holes through it for the wires and mounting the modules on the panel itself, leaving the wiring hidden behind it. If that makes sense

Get the Wiring Duct. For a build that size I would recommend 1.5" Wiring Duct. 1.5" is large enough to fit enough wires that an EB8 would need for the multiple outlets used. Probably get the 1.5" and the 1" because you can use the 1" for smaller areas that you do not want to notice the wiring duct. This stuff is the best thing you can get for that use.

Here is a pic you can see the 1.5" in action, they come with covers, they are off at the moment obviously.

I agree best thing I found is the wire duct. When you need to pull something out its fairly easy to pop the cover off and back on. Here is a early pic of mine. I have since added more modules but the duct is pretty much the same.

glad I could help...several here use it. I use it cause I have been using it for 15 years on fiber optics and when I started planning mine out that was the first thing I thought of.

What are they yellow plastic covers you use on your plugs? are those special cords you are plug into the apex? Those look helpful for salt creep.

Those are cords that I made. Under my tank I have mounted out door plastic waterproof boxes with outlets in them. My items in my sump plug in to those.

I am sure that is kinda confusing but if you need further info I can snap a few pics to show you.
