Here's the scoop for the future of the Wireless Wave Driver and distribution thereof:
MP40 pumps are no longer shipping from EcoTech Marine and what is available through our resellers will be the last of that model for a short while. Instead, MP40w's will begin shipping within a few weeks at an MSRP of $420.
Number one on our list of importance is filling the pre-orders that Scott has taken for Wireless Wave Drivers. We will proceed as soon as we complete our FCC approval process. These $100/unit orders will be discounted $50 by Scott after your MP40 driver is received by him for exchange, and it checks out to be in working order.
After these orders are filled, the exchange deal ($100/$50) will not be offered anymore. Logistically speaking, it is too much work to offer this and would take forever to get enough WWD's out on the market to satisfy our customers' demand. In an effort to provide more venues to purchase the Wireless Wave Driver and to keep all our customers happy, we will instead offer the product for sale at a discounted price of $75, with no exchange necessary. This price of $75 is exactly the difference between the price of an MP40 model ($345) and a new MP40w model ($420). Therefore there is no financial penalty to having adopted the VorTech concept early.
There is no concrete time table as to when all of this will occur, only that it will occur as fast as we are able to make it happen.
