With new light comes new pics.

Popped in my new Iwasaki bulbs just to see what they are going to look like. A lot brighter than expected, but I think that I will like them when they burn in. Happy to see that I can take pics without looking too blue. I just have a piont and shoot. A few pics to start.

The funny thing is that is the Iwasaki 15k are bright to what my Reeflux 12k looked like. I am cutting back to just 2 x 6' VHO 03.

now the question I have will these bulbs work with my 2 x 175 CSL ballast. I cant seem to find much info on these ballasts.

the 175w reeflux12 is very dim for a 175w bulb whereas (as you've noticed) the iwasaki15 holds it's own against 250w 10Ks. it's a magical bulb. i really wish i had kept more than 1 175w ballast back from when i had the 4 of them running over my 3x3.
