how long have you had the tangs? My yellow likes to be boss and I can't keep another tang in the tank... any advice?

I have kept them from almost the beginning of the 75, blue was first but since he is shy no probs with aggression. eventually came the yellow and sailfin from reefdepot, all turned out great and all three became buds. by then i got a powder blue from LSA but he was in bad shape already and couldn't pull through ich or aggression (yep they started acting up), gave them some time (just the trio) and then came the monster powder blue, they would act up a bit to him but since he is about twice the size of all of them he eventually was left alone and is now pulling through ich-yep i don't QT, let nature and garlic do it thing

interesting... I would like to try another but I don't like them dying after about a month... sometimes less. I don't typically QT either and just look for healthy specimens and cross my fingers. Probably not the best practice but it hasn't worked out too bad so far.

really depends on your fish, i've had many ask how i do that too. all i can say is all my fish are ballin' but seriously try your best to add simultaneously and/or bigger species compared to the existing. also i agree, if it looks good give it a shot most likely for healthy species they will pull through whatever

its going well....its up and running just added a flame angel and it is doing well with my coral beauty so i am happy and a green birdsnest...lovin it...doing a water change tonight.
