So I came home this morning and noticed my light were left on a little too long and my aquarium was a little warm, so I opened the top of my canopy for about 5 minutes. Later on I keep hearing a weird russling noise. I figured it was my cat or something under my bed. It ended up being my clown that has been quite a jumper. I put him back as soon as I could and within a few minutes he went from floating upside down to scraping the dust and carpet debris stuck to him. Now he seems to be okay other than the fact around his first white stripe he has a few purple discolored patches. what is this?

You fall 4-6 feet and land sideways and see if you dont end up with a few purple discolored patches... it's probably just bruising.

yeah thats what I figured. Ive never had a clown be so jumpy though. Bizarre

For sure. Mine get "in the mood" sometimes and it's like they're flying. Lately they've been okay though... (Knock on wood)

I concur with the others, the purple spots is just some bruising.

Yeah he seems to be back to normal today besides the discolorations his behavior is normal
