Won Brothers Heaters Stops Working AGAIN!! Marine depot please help!

Yes I have a Won Brothers Pro Heat 2 heater. Its 350W. It Has stopped working again. I have already sent it back to Won once and had to pay shipping. I will not pay twice! I have major issues with this because one I figured this was a fluke the first time and sent it back and payed for shipping. When I got it back I naively threw out the box I only have the Manual and the heater. When I called Won Brothers Last time they barely speak English. I don't plan on calling them again. Please research into this. Through research on Reef Central I have also found that i am not the only person with problems with Won Brothers Heaters. I am sorry I ever bought Won Products all together. If you look into records I have at least spent eight hundred dollars on Marine Depot products and would like to keep them as my aquarium supply retailer. But I also think as a company they should be aware of poor quality products they might be carrying .

I've never had any brand of heater last longer than 6-9 months on any of my tanks: Tetra and Whisper (from FW days), Via Aqua Stainless (Reef), and the Won Titanium (Reef). I've had at least 2-3 of each and found that when each winter rolls around, the heaters no longer work....

I ordered a Finnex based on a few comments here and hope that it will last over a year.

WHELL I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT MARINE DEPOT WIPED THERE HANDS OF THE SITUATION BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LIMITED WARRENTY PERIOD EVEN THOUGH I TALKED TO THE MANUFACTURE AND HE STATES THAT HE STANDS BY HIS PRODUCT AND HAS A OPEN DOOR RETURN POLICY WITH MARINE DEPOT BUT I GUESS I GOT SCREWED THIS TIME SO READ THIS POST AND MAKE WHATEVER YOU WANT OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
