Won Pro-Heat II failure

On 7/8/05 I purchased from you a Won Pro-Heat II titanium heater Item # WB1321. Its a good thing I have a temp alert because it woke me up at 3:30 am and my tank was at 74 deg. The digital readout on the Won controller said 112 deg. I see in your catalog it has a one year warranty. I dont save boxes so I dont have the original box it came in. There is a record of my purchase on your web site as I buy many things from you. Please tell me what my options are. Thank You.
