so, 2 6060's = 22w or 1 maxi with mod = 12w ...... I think my math is off but if the 2 6060's works for the OP, cool by me.

Your math is correct for the wattage but 1 maxi rated up to 1600gph depending on the impeller used vs 2 tunze at 1585gph each so 3170gph .

The OP has 2 tunze right now and her 2 maxi's are not yet modded so she rather not spend $40 to mod the maxi's. I don't blame her especially since modding them will only make them as good as the 2 tunze she already has.

If she wanted to use only one pump she would might as well just use on tunze.
