Hey I was just wondering if there is a fish or invert that eat poop??, cause my fish tank is full of poop and I have to net the poop out every week....

i think cucumbers do (but if they die they can kill your tank :( )
and some snails do...i cant think of any right off the top of my head right now

but i DO know there are things that eat detritus
i'm sure someone who knows the specifics can give you more info

Well, don't you think that whatever eats the poop will create waste as well?

Whatever you don't physically remove will dissolve into the water. Let your skimmer and water changes do the rest.

Have to agree..Check your flow as your skimmer and filter should remove all of it, as long as it is being swept into your sump... OR skimmer either or...

Try to get a lot of water movement along the sandbed. The idea is to get whatever is settling to instead be kicked back up into the water column.

Sounds like too many fish, not enough bio filtration.... I bet your nitrates are through the roof.... Imagine swimming in a tank full of pooo.... ewew...

So cut to the chase... What's your tank stocked with? How big is the tank? What's your equipment like?

35 gallons, it's have been running for 2 years, 30lbs of LR, 10lb of base rock, 1 clarkii clown, 5 damsels, I changed the crush coral bed to a sand bed last week, and I can see poop because the sand bed is so white ..... when I say the tank is full of poop I was exaggerated, the sand bed is have less poop now cause I put in the extra power head that I have so some of the poop go into the protein skimmer and got pull out.. But there is still poop...
