WooHoooo!! my new to me 180 gal!!

So i just picked up my biggest tank yet, my 180gal acrylic tank!!!
already drilled and plumbed!
Sadly it wont be set up for a few months because im in the process of buying a home and all the fun stuff that comes with it! =p

i just wanted to share my excitement with you guys!! lol
and as soon i figure out this uploading pics nonsense i will post some along with my current 75gal!!

++ i will start planning equipment/ sump/ livestock so if you have any suggestions/tips i wouldnt mind =)

a lot of stuff i want to try to diy lol as money doesnt grow on any of my trees haha

Congrats - I always want a bigger tank...until I think of the $. Have fun and I will live vicariously by watching your progress!

Silly you should look at some of the Phoenix craiglist ads. You can find some amazing deals up there which would let you get a bigger tank for cheap. Also I have found a place to get Premium Fiji Live Rock for $2.50 a pound after shipping costs.

It's not the initial expense - it's the upkeep that makes me take pause. Oh yeah - and three sons with college coming up -ouch.

Send one to trade school to learn to work with glass. Send another to the U of A to become a marine biologist and the other to business school so they can open a LFS. They can maintain it now!
