A female clownfish can never turn into a male, sorry. Even if they're not both females, you're going to have a tough time with maroons of approximately the same size. Maroons generally won't submit unless they're faced with overwhelming odds. Generally, you want to put them with another maroon that's about twice the size. Of course, like everything else in this hobby, rules are often broken. I'm afraid the first one can't be, though. If they are in fact both female, they will never mate, though I suppose it's possible they could learn to live in the same tank without tearing each other apart.
