Worm came in on coral shipment

Friend of mine sent me this photo of a worm that came in on a Gonipora colony that he'd ordered.

My first instinct is to get rid of the darned thing. Disappeared into the base of the coral when they tried to grab it.

Anyone have a clue as to what this critter is? Advise on how to get rid of it?

Answering my own question... syllid of some sort. I've advised him to get rid of the thing, if he can.
