Worm ID help

Anyone know what this is called? I believe it is a type of worm that lives in the sand and eats detritus. I see the tentacles moving around and pulling stuff it picks up back to the base. They seem pretty harmless, but I want to check because I've seen more pop up recently.

My LFS has one of those with 6" tentacles, but it's perfectly harmless.
They pick up random bits of gunk and keep your tank clean, they're incapable of killing anything larger than a 'pod and I don't think they even do that.

I have a few who come out like that now and then... Tiny neon green ones that are less than two inches long, total. They're awesome, mostly because it's a neon green worm with tentacles, guys. A neon green tentacle worm.
