Worm ID help

I posted this in Reef Central but it moves so quick, I thought I would cross post it here. If this is bad feel free to let me know mods.

I apologize now that I don't have a picture, I snapped the picture as I was walking out the door this AM, and I have no USB cable here at work. I will post the pictures I got (albeit kinda crappy, my digital cam doesn't like my aquarium) as soon as I get home

The work looked pretty much just like an earth worm, went from maybe half an inch balled up to about 5 inches stretched out. He was attached to the glass of the tank and this is the first time I have seen him. I haven't added any new rock to the tank in almost 6 months.

Is this a worm I should be worried about (first thoughts)? If you have a question about him let me know and I will answer them before I get the picture up.

Thanks
J

Without a picture it would be hard to tell what it is. I suspect there is nothing to worry about. Its probably just a type of bristleworm.
