Worm id. No pic just description.

I was looking in my sump last night with a flash light because I love seeing what stirs at night down there and among the many bristle worms I spotted a long skinny worm with 3 antennas on its head. It was moving pretty fast but didnt seem to care I was shining a light at it. I didnt have a phone nearby to take a picture

I suspect eunice worm but I do not know.
