Worm ID - please

One of my buddies saw this worm in his tank the other day and is trying to ID it so he knows what he knows if he needs to TRY and get it out. He sent me a few pics this morning that he took last night. Anyone have any ideas and or thoughts/comments? Thanks!

when it feeds, does it look like a smaller mouth comes out of the main mouth...kind of like a head inside of the head? If so, I had one for a long time with no apparent issues. It was kind of neat to watch. Not sure what to call it, but it looks like something from Aliens or Tremors.

I thought that was peanut worm....my old pc kept freezing me up to reply...now I got me a new mac, I can reply much better now...lol
