Worm ID please

I just purchased a rock with some zoos on it and a real small mushroom. My girlfriend looked into the bag it was put in and saw there was a green looking worm in there, can anyone tell me what it is and if its bad?? ASAP

Looks like a sacoglossa slug, eats calurpa

Sorry, can't tell anything from the pic other than it's long & slender. If you put it into a shallow dish you'll probably get a better picture.

Does it move? What else was in the tank you got your frags from?

Looks like a tentacle of an anemone.
