I have only seen this worm 3 times. First 2 were before lights on when I was feeding the tank Coral Frenzy. The 3rd time was with the lights on. The front part looks like an elephant's trunk. I know the pics aren't that clear but it was the best I could do.
that looks like some type of Priapulida sp. they are kind of like Sipunculida Worms (Peanut worms). should not be a problem for you. i am not 100% sure on that, but close.
I just don't know. I haven't seen him since the 3rd sighting when I got the pics above. I googled what you think and, although there are pics of yellow worms, I can't tell. I looked again this morning when I fed the corals but I didn't see him.
