Okay these guys are all over one of my acropora, it looks like a hand with extra fingers/ fan that is grabbing stuff out of the water and pulling it in. Hopefully you can see it. Any help is greatly appreciated, he looks awesome with the florescent green polyps extended!
They go grab-grab-grab at the water? Barnacles. Not sure how to get them off your acropora, though. They live in shells that are sometimes buried in the rock... Not sure how they can just pop up, though.
barnacles. most likely a mari-cultered piece? or wild? right?
normally these don't live for long in our tanks, there is just not enough micro-planctonic life to sustain them (at least that is my understanding of it)
