Worm ID?

Description:
Flat, approx 3-4 in. in length, appears translucent white, only seen at night, swims similarly to a snake or engineer goby, seen swimming into the current from my powerhead and then floating down into the tank.
I have been searching for 2 days now looking for a similar looking creature online, I am not sure it is a worm, and it has only been observed at night. I am still trying to get a pic of it.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Doug

Nope, no sea stars either. Tank is approx 6 months old. Only inhabitants are a BTA, flowerpot, a handful of zoas, a rock with a half dozen or so mushrooms, a redspot goby, 3 engineer gobies, 2 maroon clowns, 3 peppermint shrimp, 4 nassarius snails and the handful of hermits and other snails. The pearlfish looks very close, but the thing has no barbel on the chin.
