While I realize that getting such photos can be near impossible, I do have to say that without clear, in focus and very up close photos of a worm's head, any identifications are impossible.
The best way to get such photos is to leave them in water and place them in a shallow glass tray and keep taking photos in the hopes of getting at least one that will show the needed details.
