Worm on Gills?

My flame angel looks like it has what appears to be a worm right next to its gills. What could it be and are there any ID pages for stuff like this?

Could be a fluke.
I would try a freshwater dip. I am sure someone will chime in here soon with a medication, as well.

I just post this on another thread so I'll just paste it here:

I've very good success with Prazipro in treating flukes and never tried FW dip but my lfs owner swears by it. He said keep the FW temp & PH same as tank water then dip the sick fish in for 3 minutes and perform this 2 times and your fish will be on the road to recovery. Like I said I've never done this and hope others will chime in on this method.

I would lean towards treatment in a HT with Prazipro as mentioned above. FW dips will help but more of a band-aid then solution. You also should consider any other fish that could have been exposed to Flukes as well.
