Worm?

So we have a worm in our tank and We are not sure what kind it is... We can't get a good picture of it...... The worm looks brown or kind of a maroon color with a white stripe behind his head and he has antanas would anybody no what kind of worm it could be? And he is as long as a Bristol worm..
The other day we were looking in the tank and the worm grabbed a hold of our seahares ear and tried to pull him in his hole in the rock

They do a little bit he looks like a Eunice worm but just different color. Are they good or are they bad?

You going to have to trap it somehow. You can either buy one online, or build yourself one at home. Here's a picture of a trap just for reference.
