They wont hurt anything, great detritus eaters. The spines on the edge of their back can get stuck under your sking though, warm water or soak in vinegar helps a bunch if you ever grab one.

Couple things I would get...

1. Arrow Crab - THESE CLEARED THEM OUT OF MY TANK!!!


2. Coral Banded Shrimp

CBS shrimp are just mean. I had a mated pair that ate my cleaner shrimp, but never harmed anything else.

I agree, mine were perfect citizens, until we went on vacation, came home and the cleaners were missing.

Arrow crabs eat those babies up! I did see some good size ones at Ocean Direct today. They had about a dozen. So fun to watch!
