Worms?

Noticed this in my Wyoming clown. Want to know if this are worms, the fish is in a QT tank and now Im treating with paraguard.

I have pazipro in case its worms but I want to be sure.

The fish are eating pellets and frozen mysis.

I have read heard that if the poo is white and stringy it's a good sign of internal parasites. It looks like the fish is in QT already, if it was me I would run the Prazi.
