It is a nemertean. The common name in english is ribbon worm. These worms are predators on smaller worms, crustaceans, nudibranchs, molluscs, and they will eat detritius or scavenge as well. The favorite type of food depends on what species it is. Without a good close up shot or knowing where the animal came from it is impossible to say what genus or species. Even with this information we may not be able to identify it because many species are undescribed.
