Worried about Mr. Nemo

Today I found a white smaller than pinhead sized "lump" at the corner of Mr. Nemo's (OC) mouth. I'm kinda freaking out here guys. It just showed up since this morning. It wasn't there when I checked them before work, and I noticed it when I fed right after work. It's smooth, pure white. No other spots on him, and he's eating and swimming normally, healthily. Ideas? I can TRY to get a pic tomorrow, but you know how much those little guys move.

Just watch him, make sure he is eating well, active and not developing more spots.

Oh I was just teasing. No more spots this morning. And it's not any larger. Could it possibly be Ich?

Ok. Now there's a white "mole" on his back, and some white around his mouth. He's eating well. Stopped and Kermit's today and asked while I was there and was told to keep watching, feed a varied diet and try a freshwater dip. Yea, but I can't catch the brat!!! Kinda worried here. He's still eating well, and active. The other OC has no white spots.

get some garlic additive to add to his food. or selcon. it just boosts their immune system. i do it when ever one of my tangs starts showing ich and it clears it up quickly.
