hi i am planning a 30 gallon tank (36x12x16) and i am wondering if the nanostreams would be too much flow for my tank. i plan on keeping zoanthids, ricordea, and euphyllia. a pair of clowns, and a yasha goby will be the only fish, with a pistol and cleaner shrimp along with various snails for inverts. substrate will be mixed grade sand.
i love the idea of the streams, but am concerned about blowing stuff all over the place.
maybe one 6025 aimed at the return? the return will be 250-300gph, if that matters.

while i am doing this i may as well ask the other question in the same place.
what controllers/wavemakers are compatible with the 6025, if any?
thanks

I would suggest starting with one and seeing what you think. They can be turned off and on but I would recommend timers and as long a delay as possible, rapid switching will be noisy and hard on the pumps, prop pumps don't do very well on wavemakers because they have to spin the right direction, unlike impeller pumps which can spin either way.
