Not really.....none would thrive. A hippopus and maybe a squamosa would survive, but I wouldn't do it. Derasa would be a major, major gamble to survive, and maximas and croceas wouldn't work at all.
If you're interested in clam keeping read Giant Clams by Daniel Knop. A pair of 250 watt metal halides would allow you to keep clams no problem.
I had 2 65 watt Pcs over a small 15 gallon tank (12" deep) and even then, a squamosa, a lower light clam was not happy. When I placed a MH bulb over the tank he was a VERY happy clam, and where he looked only fair and didn't grow for 3 months under all that PC light, he suddenly looked good, and started growing 1/2 inch a month thanks to the MH. It was then I realized that I should be striving for my animals to thrive, not just survive.
