Would it be alright to keep picasso's long term in cooler temps?

Hello,

I would like to find out if picasso's would do well long term in lower temps such as 70-74 C?

I was hoping I could get a couple more, and put them in the 750 gal.

yes i think its ok, a guy in my local club has a 360g non photosynthetic tank that runs similar temps and has a picasso in it.
