I've heard that it is not a good idea to introduce an anemone to a relativly new aquarium. I have a 125 gallon tank (mixed reef) which has around 10 fish my favorite of all the pair of Black & Whihe clowns. The tank has been cycled and has had fish corals and inverts for 3 months. What is the general rule on how long an aquarium need to be established for an anemone?

Also, what is the beast anemone to get for my clowns to host?

The general rules is around 6 months. The age is not as important as the stability. Anemones do not tolerate change very well.
What kind of lighting do you have?

Tank is lit with DIY canopy 6 x80w T5s, with Individual Icecap SLR reflectors and high PAR bulbs. Since the T5s were only 5' long on a 6' tank I put 32w PCs on each end to fill in the spaces on the end and allow me to have maximum light in the center of the tank.
