Is it out of the question to keep a joke tang in a 45 gallon aquarium? And if it is, would this be an appropriate stock list for a sps reef?

Dwarf angels can/will nip a SPS.

I personally would pass on the sand sifting goby -- they make a mess, stripe the sandbed of all life, and ( in some cases ) starve to death.

IME with dwarfs (( currently have 6 )) they love fleshy LPS, so I would pass on the coral beauty.

I wouldn't put any tang in that sized tank, personally.
