Wounded/sick sting ray need help please

Thanks, a couple of tangs and blue line trigger.
The infection looks to be getting worse.
I really would like to save this guy.
What anti bacterial treatment/product would be recommended here if he is in a qt tank?

Furan 2 would be my suggestion. I've had great success with injured fish and they recover nicely with furan 2.
