Oops. Forgot about The Giant Fish... Thanks for the correction, Freddog and xtm. So that makes 5 fish stores on Ventura Blvd. between NoHo and Encino (not including the 2 Petco's).

Maybe the one on Ventura Blvd, about 4 blks west of 405. It used to have a shark tank and I think they lost their lease.

I seriously doubt it is underwater depot, the owner certainly does not seem Russian at all.

Sorry to revive a dead thread, but I just moved back to the L.A. area in SFV and just ran across this thread and yep... they're both on death row now... I read elsewhere that the aquarium store was in Sherman Oaks...
