Wow Interruptus angel

I thought these angels were on the endangered species list ,Does anyone know if it is. If it's not do you know its requirements. Just rare fish has one I'm thinking about buying . This angel is amazing go look at WOW.

marine center has em for $1600, so I'm guessing they are just rare and not endangred.

Not endagered. They mainly come from Japan and very few make it stateside. They are a cooler water species and wild specimans generally do better in tanks that are kept in the lower 70's.
Once acclimated they are tough as nails.

There are a few that come in but you are going to pay a lot more if you buy online. Try looking around at some of your local stores. They are not common but they are obtainable if you are patient.

That may be the case at your LFS but I have never seen these fish go for less than $1000 unless the store has a direct connection with the collector and very few do.
Your best bet is to get in touch with Sedar @ phishybusiness.com and see when he plans on getting them next. His prices are always pretty good and he generally QT's them for a few weeks before they are sold to the public.
