Just a quick look at how much tanks can change in less than a year! All though I'm fighting battles that I would have never dreamed of when starting this hobby, and have spent more money on this tank than I should have I still enjoy it, and I learn something new every day.

Anyway, the first pictures of the 'Pod...

Yes, my first rock came with Anthelia on it. Everyone told me it would die.

Well, it didn't die, and it covers the same rock!

This tank won't be with me for much longer as I am switching everything to a slightly larger 26 gal bowfront.

Nice Tank Sugarfox....
2 questions > 1. How big is that tank?
2. Once you move out the lickstock, what are your plans
for the tank?

Thanks everyone for the comments! The tank is a 24 gal AquaPod, with 150w MH + 36w actinics.

Reddawg, I plan on moving everything to a 26 gal bowfront, as I'm having problems with detritus and stuff in the rear chambers, I believe thats causing my high nitrate problem. The new tank will be a little more roomy (YAH! More room for corals!!) and I will also have a 10 gal fuge, so I'm hoping that my water params will be a bit more stable.

I LOVE the look of this tank, and will really miss it, but I'm done fighting this algae problem. The 26g bowfront is a great looking tank too, and I'm sure I will get it looking even nicer than this one. Just think...a nice clean tank with NO algae...what a dream!!

Thank you all again for the wonderful comments. For everyone just starting out, its a tough road at first, but all the troubles are definately worth it to have a piece of the ocean to look at anytime you want. :)

The fixture is actually made by Finnex, I got it on NanoTuners.com I'm using the bulbs that came with it, and I believe they are 10k, but the fixture also has 36w actinics also.
