WP25/40 No more?!

You can order them all day, I'd imagine. But if they get snagged at customs, you're SOL. Chances are, they won't catch one or two. The bigger the order, the bigger the chance that they'll get noticed.
 
Not sure if they could...do they have to declare what is in the box? (What's in the box??!! :lol: )

They themselves may choose not to. Maybe they will. I guess this was just filed today? We'll see where it goes.
 
I bet Jebao will come out with a different designed pump since the wp40 are selling like crazy. I really like the pump so hope that the letter of whatever that was is a lie or jebao comes out with a new pump
 
I've ordered from overseas on a couple of different occasions for random things. Only time I've ever had something held up in customs was an autographed rally driver picture (of all things). I've had things from Japan, Hong Kong, South America....never had anything held for inspection. Just speculating, but I'm sure there is SOME level of "randomness" to the inspections.
 
I dont think they can stop it at customs and i defiantly do not think the consumer would be at fault or responsible for the cost.

Products are coming from china 24/7 that are direct knock offs and as far as i know we are powerless to stop them from doing anything other than whats happening here. Stopping it from being DISTRIBUTED in the US. It can still be sold to anyone here, i hope. Because i don't have the extra cash but i really wanted to pick one of these up
 
I remember watching a show on either history channel or discovery channel about knock off's entering the US through coustoms and although they can't stop all of them, they can and will stop what they can.

they had pallets upon pallets of stuff ranging from clothes, to cigaretts that they have seized.

Of everything i have ever ordered from the UK, China, Japan, that was coming into the US none of my packages have ever been opened and checked

I know when i have sold stuff to them tho theyd get back to me and tell me they did open the one i sent to make sure its what it said it was

But anywsays what i wanted to say is that on my pkg that i just received from them said it was Aquarium Supplies

I just believe that youll still be able to order what you want and youll just have to wait the 10 or so days it takes to ship

At least thats what i hope lol
So far they have been amazing in my tank so...

How would customs catch it? It is a box inside a box. I highly doubt customs is checking every item to see if a patent law is being broken.

Declarations? I have no idea the details of shipping small items internationally...I think I did it once to Canada. Would Fish Street being a company affect that at all?
