I've heard that Tono wrasse are aggressive, Im looking for a trio of male wrasse I can keep together.
I would like to have 3 of the following wrasse, do you for see any problems with any of these fish being kept with another? Are any of these aggressive towards each other?

Lubbocks
McCoskers
Pink Margin
Red velvet
pink scale
Orange back
Rosy scale

thanks

I think Rosy Scale and Red Velvet may be the same fish (Cirrhilabrus rubrisquamis).

Out of the wrasses you have listed, I have a Lubbocks, McCoskers, a Cirrhilabrus rubrisquamis in my 75 gallon and have no problems.

I also happen to have them in with a Solar wrasse (Cirrhilabrus solorensis) and a Yellow Coris wrasse (Halichoeres chrysus).

The McCoskers and Yellow Coris don't bother anyone and are left alone by everyone.

As for the fairies, I had the Solar wrasse first, then added the Lubbocks and the Red Velvet at the same time. For the first day, the Solar wrasse was very aggressive with the Red Velvet even though the Red Velvet was larger. By the next day the aggression was gone. Now there is only occasional chasing by amongst the fairies and the pecking order (most dominant to least) is:

Red Velvet > Solar > Lubbocks

I think when it comes to fairy wrasses, the order that they are introduced as well as their physical sizes do matter (along with each types general disposition).

Good luck! I really like the Pink Margins too.

I have a dozen wrasse. Of them the RH Velvet is the most aggressive with the Pyle's a close second. The RH Velvets are a very good looking fish though. Really looks great when he's flashing.
