So I just watched the cutest thing I've seen thus far in my tank.
I have a six line wrasse and 2 davinci clowns.
I know six lines are known to be d-bags, but mine is totes adorbs.
I just watched my wrasse swim with the clowns, and rub up against the female. The female would swim extremely close to the wrasse. And then the wrasse would turn on its side, and jitter and allow the female clown to "caress" it's belly.
This went on for about 5 mins until I pulled the camera out, then they immediately went back to normal behavior.
I have seen this exact same behavior with the smaller male clown, it will spread out all its fins, go vertical, and jitter while the female dances around him.
Is this normal for interspecies courtship??
