wrasse ID and what havoc is likely?

imo it looks like a candycane wrasse

Gets about 15 in long - will not bother corals but can eat tank mates, and shrimp ect. needs sand to bury at night.

hologymnosus doliatus.

i was sold one a while back as a pencil wrasse. it terrorized my tank! it tried to eat every invert or snail and harassed every fish. had to fish it out with a size 22 fish hook!

i purchased it when it was about 1.5 inches... in the beginning it was growing slow and was mellow. after about 3 months it quickly doubled in size and became a pest.

after i caught it i gave it to vivid aquariums... they had it for a while and by the time i no longer saw it in the store it was about 6 inches.
