We just picked up a few new wrasse from our LFS, but we seem to be having a problem.. the two that we were told are "cleaner" wrasse sem to be going to town on some of our corals. we've had to segrigate the Bisma coral, as they had started decimating it. but once we did, they started in on our green frogspawn and pearl(bubble) corals. i couldn't fine any good photos online, or take any for that matter

they're striped like this:

dark tan
white
black
white
light tan

with a yellow tail.

any help apriciated and thank you in advance

there is a cleaner mimic, called a fang blenny, which rips the flesh of fish expecting to be cleaned. but I didn't think they bothered corals... there are several species with differing appearance. here's two:

Seems like maybe you have a type known as the false cleaner:

Take a look at this article on wetwebmedia, which also has a photo: http://www.wetwebmedia.com/sabertoothblens.htm
