wrasse ID

I was getting a few fish today from a local guy who had this wrasse in the tank. It was shipped to him from the distributor but wasnt on his invoice. He'd had it for a few weeks, seemed pretty calm, and sold it to me for a song. I have it in my 120 gallon QT and will monitor it for the next 6 weeks before making any decisions on what to do with it, but what do you guys think it is? It's about 3 inches long. I'm thinking a halichoeres genus, but not certain.

Yup. Great reef fish. Had one for a while. Similar in temperament to the yellow Coris, which isn't really a Coris.

Ah, cool, thanks. I am still a little weary of adding it to the display, but I'll see how well it does in QT and maybe tempt it with a few inverts to see how it responds. I do have a canary wrasse (or yellow coris, a name I choose not to use) and a christmas wrasse right now, so we'll see how it goes. Thanks again. Anyone else have experience with it?
