Wrasse ID

Need help identifying this wrasse. It was sold to me as a green wrasse yet doesn't look much like one to me.

Definitely not a goby. Xenojulis margaritaceus is spot on! Thanks a bunch evolved!

Explains why it looks like a leopard wrasse as well. Doesn't seem like a very common fish to find at a local LFS. I found some pictures online however very very limited places to purchase. Is it that rare or just happens to be an uncommon fish?

It is collected sporadically for the trade but quite common in the wild.
