Wrasse ID

Anyone have any clue what this guy is? IT's not the best picture, but he was labled as a multi color wrasse which pretty much means nothing lol I'm doubting he is reef safe, but i'm not 100%. Any ideas?

Yep, I've heard it called a pink nosed pencil wrasse, and yes it's reef safe.

A friend of mine has this. His eventually turned all orange.
